Where is Mystic Monk Coffee roasted?
Our coffee is small-batch roasted by the Carmelite Monks in the pristine mountains of Wyoming, ensuring every bag meets our high standards of quality and prayerful attention.
How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We prioritize freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping via USPS or UPS usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Is your coffee available in whole bean or ground?
We offer most of our signature blends and single-origin coffees in both whole bean and various grind sizes, including drip, espresso, and French press.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! Our 'Monk's Monthly' subscription allows you to save 10% on every order. You can customize your frequency and choose your favorite blends to be delivered automatically to your door.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your flavorings allergen-free?
Our flavored coffees are gluten-free and contain no added sugars or calories. They are produced in a facility that strictly adheres to safety standards, though we recommend checking specific labels if you have severe nut sensitivities.
